Welcome to the Imaging, Graphics, and Intelligent Agents Research Laboratory webpage. We are located in the Department of Informatics and Applied Mathematics (DIMAp) at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), Brazil. 

The Imagina Lab congregates a group of faculty members, researchers, graduate and undergraduate students, visiting scholars, and postdocs in a synergistic and enticing research environment. We are involved in a variety of research activities in the areas of Multiagent Simulation, Computer Games, Scientific and Data Visualization, Digital Image Processing, Image Reconstruction from Projections, Modeling of Curves and Surfaces, Computational Geometry, Digital Topology, intelligent processing techniques, machine learning, and identity data processing and protection.

The group has collaboration ties with several universities and research institutions in Brazil and abroad, such as the National Institute of Science and Technology - Medicine Assisted by Scientific Computing (INCT-MACC), Brain Institute, University of California at Santa Barbara, University of Kent, Universidad Autónoma de México, City University of New York, Rutgers University, University of Calgary, and University of Pennsylvania.
